This definitely does not store 33lb of ice. False marketing I guess. But aside from the storage bin, it’s a great machine to have.

Péssimo produto. Comprei em Janeiro instalei em Maio com 4 meses de uso já nao faz gelo... a Assistencia é apenas HORRIVEL. Tenho uma loja aberta e preciso trabalhar e eles remetem para alguem que nao sabemos quem é nem quando vai responder... Com a minha mulher aconteceu a mesma coisa com uma Maquina de Fazer gelados! PÉSSIMO! VEVOR NUNCA MAIS!

The machine body arrived damaged.

Never again will I spend my money with this company. I received this ice machine severely damaged to my door step! I reached out to Vevor team to replace this machine. Vevor team responded with an unsatisfied response which ultimately resulting for me to rebox this damaged merchandise and haul to an Fedx location and wait until they receive the damaged item in order for me to get an refund or replacement. I recently had back surgery and I’m not able pick this item up or will able to fit this item in the car. Their decision is very inconsiderate and definitely inconvenient. I am highly disappointed in their decision to hold me accountable and make it my responsibility to return the item in order to receive a refund or replacement. 300.00 bucks they just took.

I’ve had several problems out of this unit. Which has surprised me. I use a lot of vevor products. And I mean a lot. And they all work flawlessly. But this ice machine has been problems since about 3 months of using it. I bought this for my church. And it has went down several times. Once the control board went out. But Vevor supplied a replacement. But it is down now. And I am going though the warranty process now.
