Simple and works well.

I was replacing a commercial coffee maker that finally stopped working with this unit. It is every bit as good as the quality of the other one and the price was so much better that I was able to basically get a free coffee grinder too, and that is quite impressive as well.!

Great value and good quality. Just note that it is picky what kind of filters it uses. After running out of the ones that it came with, we couldn't figure out why all the sudden it was brewing overflowing from the basket everywhere! Turns out you have to use thin cheap filters that are harder to find in this size. The typical Bunn ones available at wholesale places everywhere are too thick. We solved the issue by drilling the hole larger in the bottom of the plastic basket so we could use the widely available filters- the right fix? I don't know but it worked.

We needed a coffee maker that would fill according to quantity versus time brewed (something we have, but is contingent on water pressure). This fit the bill and works great! The only "con" about this purchase is that extra decanters are not available for purchase. I would love to buy a matching decanter for the extra pot or for decaf, but accessories are not available.

Waste of money, complained about malfunction after recent purchase, no response from the team it's been a month.

The worst customer service on the planet!. I contacted them to return a coffer maker. Sent message, did the chat, and spoke with customer agent. Never heard back. Now no one answers the phone.

I really need help with this. The machine has never worked properly. It stops and starts. I have had numerous tickets open for help. Please refund my money of send something that will work please.

Terrible machine! Coffee drips out of the basket forever after the majority of the pot is done creating a mess you can put a cup under it after you remove the carafe, but it takes 15 minutes for the last cup to finish dripping which is cold by the time it’s done total hassle not worth the bother. I would never spend money on this machine again. In fact, I will never spend any money with this company again as their customer return policy is so convoluted and difficult they try to make you give up on a return request a requiring several different video photo uploads to different sites and 24 emails to solve the problem to finally get a return authorization. I did eventually after weeks of hassle get a refund and they said just throw away the machine which is about right cause it’s garbage.
