Best piece of commercial equipment I’ve ever bought

This chamber vac has changed how we are able to store food. Our old sealer couldn't compete with the vevor chamber vac. It's tight seal and durability is like no other. The price point compared to other brands is fantastic. We are so pleased with it.

The unit is great! No oil required. It has a powerful vacuum and a nice wide seal. I have been using it to vacuum pack ground coffee in metallic Mylar bags. Then I freeze them. This lets me buy my favorite coffee in bulk and save 50% or more on the cost. Even after frozen for several months the coffee is as fresh as the day it was ground. The secret is to let the coffee get back to room temp before breaking the seal. That avoids condensation on the cold coffee when exposed to the air. I love the machine. The marinade function is awesome too. It forces the marinade deep inside the meat, for super juicy, tender and flavorful results.

I went through a couple of the “commercial grade” name brand sealers out there. They can’t hold a candle to this bad boy. I have a buddy that’s a professional guide and swears by his. That’s why I have one and look forward to years and years of service.
