I painstakingly assembled the unit, taking care not to overtightened any of the fasteners. Could not locate the spacers they referred to. But personally supplied washers to fill in. After completing the assembly, put in on the shop floor, raised the brushes to the highest setting. Pushed it across the floor, moved smoothly. Pretty impressive brush action. I lowered the bristles to contact the floor. And got behind, to my surprise it barely moved, the action was chunky and almost chugged along. It only took a step or two. I relented, reset the depth, and tried again. .still chugging and barely touched the floor.... How was it gonna work on the lawn . We it didn't.... The only setting I was successful with was not contacting the grass. My artificial grass is on a asphalt pad. So not uneven landscaping, After a conversation on the interweb help page. We were given a return authorization. so I returned it, I received a refund upon receipt of the unit

This thing sucks. The bars never stay in the handles whether I am pushing or dumping the leaves and barely picks up any leaves. I want a refund

Very hard to push on lawn even just cut grass shortly. It works fine on driveway. I think tow type could be better.

Does not effectively collect chip bark off artificial grass

Works well but Spanish moss gets trapped between wheels and frame

Doesn’t work great, doesn’t work at all on any of my inclines on my property which there are a bunch and I need to still rake all the leaves into piles so that it’ll pick up the top layer of the leaves and then rake them again and so on and so on. Pretty disappointing because I was very excited to get all the leaves finally cleaned up on my property.

Works on pine straw and large leaves. It won't pick up the little acorns or small leaves on my live oak. Gave it to my parents for all the pine straw

It is very difficult to push through my Bermuda grass and had to buy a pull behind for my mower instead.

Works well on flat hard ground, unfortunately it does not work well on uneven ground. I don’t have lawn and have a lot of oak leaves on dirt ground it does not work well at all if you have to go through any soft dirt.
