Really unhappy with this purchase. If your yard isn’t super level the bristles catch the high spots and make it hard to keep sweeping. Raising it higher is an option but it collects much less when I do for my yard. Very disappointed

Bought this online and was excited to receive this and see how it works. What a disappointment. The bag will not hold what is shows in the picture. It would only hold 1/3 of the bag before it would not pick anything else up. Removing the bag was a pain with the two bars then having to undo the side straps every time. Not convenient. Also bag was not very flexible to dump in a bag. With heavy leaves I would not go 5 feet before it was 1/3 full and I needed to unload. This sweeper is not one I would recommend. Pictures and videos are better then the how this really works. Will be sending mine back.

Assembly was easy & straightforward. The bags clips dont stay on the side bar, had to clamp them down. And the handle is too low. When i operate the sweeper, it throws all the debris against the brush so it only picks up for the first 10' or so. The basket should tilt back to cathc the debris, and the handle should be approximately 40" off the ground at the parked postion. I'm going to have to add handle extensions to make this work. I would not purchase again.

Edited to add: There is no customer support. My inquiry about getting extra rubber tips sent to me was answered with a bot-generated FAQ which gave the option of returning the whole thing. I would be hesitant to advise anyone to buy from this company now. I just received my lawn sweeper yesterday and assembled it. I used for the first time today. My issue is chestnut hulls and it did a pretty decent job picking them up. My yard has some issues that made it more difficult (uneven ground from critters digging and burying things and tree roots from massive trees that were removed, but all in all, it worked pretty well. I would give it a 7/10 for my yard, might be an 9/10 for things other than chestnut hulls and a more even surface. I'd take one point off because the rubber end caps for the metal rods that hold the basket in place fell off within an hour. I would like some extras sent to me if possible.

It is harder to push than what is assumed from looking at pictures. The lawn has to be shaved down and any imperfections in the lawn will make it really hard to push also. With a lot of leaves, the front of the bag fills up really fast and doesn’t move itself to the back of the bag, therefore half full bags you have to empty or constantly push the leaves back in the bag. Bottom line is, if you have it too low it’s way too hard to push. Too high, and you must have to leaves.

For the cost, it's not all that impressive. It doesn't help when you have a lot of leaves because after 5 feet the net is already full. You also have to put the net back in place after every time you dump the leaves out. It's also difficult to put together and adjust, and very difficult to push along the ground. Overall, I would not recommend this and I wish I had not spent the money on it.

Honestly, the larger basket can only be filled halfway before the broom starts pushing the leaves around instead of collecting them. If you have a yard full of leaves, you’ll spend more time constantly emptying the basket than actually cleaning. The design also leaves a lot to be desired—attaching and removing the basket requires dealing with two elastic hoops every single time, which quickly gets frustrating. I can’t believe this is supposed to be the "new" version. It’s really only suited for someone with a small yard or minimal leaves from a neighbor's tree who just wants to do light tidying up.

Video was misleading, Video says you will no longer need a rake. It does pick most things up but also leaves alot behind and still need to use a rake. Ive tried using it a couple of times and it ends up being more of a hassle and I still need to rake and do many passes with it and then rake again. I will probably never use it again, as it is quite the work out and not as easy to push as the video shows.

I have back issues and was hoping this would be easier than raking. Unfortunately it's heavy and hard to push.
