Bought this for the solid cubes vs hollow Makes ice great but when it gets full it does not restart. I’ve had water overflow a few times as the ice melts. Seems like an overlook flaw in design

TF Produces enough ice
Initially I thought this was a quality product. It produces plenty of ice in a timely manner. On two occasions it has made a very loud squeaking noise. I have not isolated the problem. Its still working. So, at this point, I will have to wait and see. That's the reason for 3 stars on quality.

battlewelder VEVOR is a joke don’t buy this ice machine.
What an absolute joke worked for three days now flashing lights nothing. Chatted with VEVOR is a joke their customer service has done nothing. Buyer beware china won’t fix it stand behind their product.

Keith Zero customer service
Purchased this ice maker....received it in a few days. Pulled it out of the box and it did not work. Vevors customer service is terrible. There is no phone number to call. Everything is done via email. There response time is terrible. I have been waiting for a response with no answers. Great products but pray you dont have any issues. Customer service and/or solving a problem is terrible.

Bought it, plugged it in, it made ice, but will not keep it frozen overnight.
It thaws and has water in ice tray and below it also.
Not happy with it at all.
You refunded my money and told me to keep it.
I’ll be throwing it out since it does not work properly.
It took me contacting my state attorney general’s office to find out how to get a response from your customer service team after multiple emails.
I send pictures of everything you asked for.
Not happy with your Vevor at all.

Et non pas des glaçons séparé je suis déçus
De plus il est écrit taille des glaçons réglable or on ne peux rien réglé

Info on return but they made it where I can’t print the shipping labels. I will never buy a damn thing from yall period and will make sure they on Facebook and Instagram they yall are very unreliable and do not stand behind y’all’s stuff period
