It’s quicker, smooth and great! Very safe for my wife and daughter. But like every other meat slicer that gab at the very end of cutting iis to wide. The “old” slicers from the 90sand early 2000s did not have a gap that wide; not as wide as others. But still too wide. . It’s an easy mechanical fix for me as I’m a tradesman and do that all the time on industrial items.

Good quality and good price. Easy to use and clean. I use it to slice and cut meat.

Nous l’avons acheté spécialement pour couper du pain maison en tranche, et ça fonctionne parfaitement bien, nous pouvons aussi l’utiliser pour des légumes, de la charcuterie, de la viande. Très silencieuse, de conception robuste. Ravi de mon achat pour le moment, à voir dans le temps.

I’ve used both manual and electric meat slicers, but upgrading to a commercial one was an easy decision and I haven’t looked back. It makes slicing meat for jerky, deli cuts, or even post-barbecue prep quick and effortless. This machine is well-built, easy to clean, and incredibly efficient. Highly recommend it.
