Bought & Paid for slicer with easy cleaning feature, Received the cheaper impossible to clean unit, spent weeks trying to get it replaced. They finally said "keep the slicer, we will credit the sale" I'm not sure about the refund, but the slicer is only useful to Salvation Army. Never again with Vevor.

This has been the worst experience of an online purchase I’ve had. The slicer arrived dinged up with grooves and scratches all over it. It was obviously heavily used and damaged. I have sent countless emails with pictures and videos of the damage and have yet to receive helpful assistance. Why won’t anyone help me?

Slide is rough, not smooth at all. Have to bounce it off the stopper to cut through the meat completely.
Meat falls onto the body of the slicer, makes a mess.
Meat gets caught between the blade and body.
Horrible to clean, need to take outside and hose off.
Overall, I would not recommend at all.
