Terrible customer service. Box had been opened I told them and they said they would send me anything missing sent pictures. And now they do not answer my messages. They just closed out my ticket. I was not able to build the chicken coop because no hardware was included in the box and the tarp roof had been cut with a knife apparently when they opened the box. I would love to be contacted by a supervisor. Look at the pictures that’s how I received the box.

Ordered august 29. delivered september 8. Went to build it today (saturday). And it came with the longest metal rod bent in 2 places. Contacted through live chat. Can do nothing. Now i must wait another 4 days in order to have someone reply on what happens now. The box isnt big enough to hold the length of the metal rod. So they put it in sideways. Making it easy to bend during transport. Needs an upgrade in the way it is placed in the box for transport.

Arrived in damaged box. Was missing the door hinge which holds entire door together.

Never did receive the coop. It was damaged by the carrier and sent back to the manufacturer by them. Instead of slapping a new label on a new box and shipping it to me, you wanted me to purchase another coop then you would refund me for the original one. After I refused to do that, because I would have two purchases at the same time and still no product, you finally refunded my credit card. Then you asked for me to purchase the product at the current price, which was much more than the original purchase because I used a promotional coupon, then you would refund me the difference when I attached my original receipt to the order. Way too much trouble for a problem that I had nothing to do with.

A month later and still never received. Vevor says it was delivered, but tracking says it went from vevor to vevor.... Update 10/5/26: Made two separate orders on the same day and both had issues, Nesting box had missing screw holes and the chicken coop never arrived.. just horrible!!! The SUPPORT is even worse!!! They don't actually listen to anything you say. For the coop, I asked for store credit and they replied with the same automated response. For the nesting box, they asked a bunch of unrelated questions.. still no resolution, more than half our chickens have since then died. First and Last time customer. Stay away!

You idiots seriously want a review for something you didn't deliver. you didn't even attempt to rectify the situation. you only offered a refund instead. you don't even deserve the one star I've given you for the lack of effort in fixing the problem.

La estructura de metal es muy endeble. Aún no estaba montada del todo y ya se había roto. Las barras donde se apoya la puerta traen los tornillos metidos en una parte de plástico que se rompió enseguida. No traen suficientes bridas, hay que poner más de las que se indican, ya que si las pones cada 20cm quedan huecos. Además, el alambre también es muy fino y se rompe con facilidad. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Got package and it was missing pieces. Looked for a # to call for customer support but THERE IS NONE. Went through the automated process to no avail. Useless coop and waste of my time and money. VERY VERY POOR AFTER YOU BUY FEOM THEM!!

It was damaged in transit and never made it to me. CSR was so incompetent that he kept insisting it was delivered and kept advising to check with neighbors. I pointed out at least 3 times that the tracking shows "damaged in transit, returing to shipper" and that the final "Delivered" was to their warehouse not me. He ignored that at least 3 times over several days. Most frustrating process for an online purchase I've ever had. When he finally did get it, he just said we'll issue a refund. Ok, well i kinda wanted the item but ok.. It was probably a blessing and after at least 3 days nonsense back and forth for what should have been a 30 sec chat, I was happy to just get the refund and move on. Vevor generally has a good rep, but if anything goes wrong on an order, good luck!
