This is a good bench kit - The pieces are well engineered and it all fits together well. I would add the following construction tips: 1) First "Dry fit" all of the pieces and then add wood glue for a permanent bond. 2) Rub some bar soap on the screw threads to ease the assembly. 3) Add a coat of polyurethane or paint to the finish. Our kit just spent the entire winter outside and it is doing well.

Very nice wooden bench for a very good price. Was easy to put together but I have to knock one star off due to the fact that two of the machine screws that came with it had bad threads at the end and would not start properly. Luckily being in construction I have quite the collection of screws and I had two that fit perfectly. Other than that it's great I've got it on my front porch outside of my front door and everyone is giving it good marks.

very satisfied with my purchase, it;s a great bench

Excellent product. Easy to put together. Has stood up well to its first winter.
