Bought it to make gang rigs for diver duck hunting, it works well to tie Doctari clips to the decoy, and the 3/16" size makes a great main line too and lets the 5" Doctari clips grip good and tight without slipping. Also, the 3/16" size for a main line helps prevent tangles, and if you do get a tangle it's easy to straighten out. I have only used it for one duck season, so I cannot speak for it's durability yet, but so far so good, and I like it a little bit better than the tarred braided line I used to use. I also use it for various things around the farm and it makes a good all-around line to have on hand.
FYI - One thing to note, the product info that came with the cord says "polyester ropes" which made me think I had received the wrong thing because I thought I had ordered nylon, but it goes on to say that JLDL5-305 is made of polyamide which is defined as "a synthetic rope made from polyamide fibers, which are more commonly known by the trade name Nylon."
