Dead on arrival

Received the item. Upon plugging in the item will not power on. Similar to the other two reviews. I have contacted vevor who said they would reach out within 48 hours. It has now been 3 days with no response. update: customer service figured out the power cable sent with the unit is faulty I imagine this is the issue with all the other current negative reviews. they offered to send a replacement cable. I opted to return the item.

Does not turn on

Styl: Dla modelu Y Zweryfikowany zakup

Purchased and delivered today. Plug into multiple source in different vehicles and it does not turn on at all. Was planning a roadtrip to use this and now will be stuck with a broken machine upon delivery. Reached out to customer service and they said a technician will reach out within 2 business days. Hopefully can get this resolved asap.
