this product has not worked since receiving it, and vevor customer services non existent at best and actual scamming criminals at worst. they won't exchange or refund, after weeks of trying I have up and settled for a partial refund of about 25% of what I paid. stay away from vevor at all costs, this is by far the worst retail company I have ever engaged with, their products are defective and garbage and their refusal to provide even basic customer service of any kind is alarming.

Bonjour, malheureusement je ne peut pas m'être un commentaire sur le frigo parce que j'ai déjà commandé deux fois le frigo mais ne l'ai jamais reçu, je reçois toujours le message que le frigo est renvoyé à l'envoyeur..comme si on était pas à la maison quand on le livre ou que le livreur ne trouve pas l'adresse...c'est drôle parce que resament(après avoir commandé le frigo)j'ai commandé un Vevor vacuum sealer VS5164 et une semaine après il a été livré sans problème à la maison...donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi le frigo ne peut pas être livré?? Maintenant pour le deuxième frigo que j'ai commende j'ai recu le message que vous allé remboursé l'argent sur mon compte...je demande pas à être remboursé mais je veut un frigo.
