Sehr geehrtes VEVOR-Team, ich bin derzeit mit meinem VW auf Urlaubstour und habe leider Probleme mit meiner VEVOR-Kühlbox. Im 12-Volt-Betrieb, angeschlossen an eine 1000-W-Powerstation, startet die Kühlbox nur kurz und bricht den Betrieb anschließend wieder ab. Dabei werden die Fehlercodes E3 und E1 angezeigt. Ich habe bereits verschiedene Maßnahmen ausprobiert: alle drei Stufen des Batterieschutzes eingestellt, den ECO-Modus aktiviert, sichergestellt, dass die Powerstation vollständig geladen ist und sich im normalen Betriebsmodus befindet. Trotzdem tritt das Problem weiterhin auf und die Kühlbox lässt sich nicht zuverlässig betreiben. Da ich mich aktuell auf Reisen befinde, bin ich auf eine funktionierende Kühlbox angewiesen. Ich bitte Sie daher um eine schnelle Unterstützung und eine Lösung des Problems. Können Sie mir mitteilen, worauf die Fehlercodes E1 und E3 hinweisen und welche Schritte ich noch durchführen kann? Ich bin von diesem Verhalten der Kühlbox sehr enttäuscht und hoffe auf eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung. Vielen Dank im Voraus. Christian

Reçu hier, après repos à plat pendant une nuit, l’appareil fait un bruit de bulles dans un liquide ajouté à un bruit de moteur et de ventilateur. Prévu pour être utilisé dans un bateau où nous dormons, ce bruit est inacceptable. Toutefois le matériau, le format et le poids en faisaient cependant un bon candidat. Mon appareil est-il défectueux ou bien est-ce le bruit « normal » ? Le site VEVOR traite actuellement mon problème.

I received it on August 03, 2026. The package was open and without some parts. I send my claim with some photos, and the answers are not for solving the problem, only extension of time. I was trying to return the freezer and have my money back, but nobody knows how can I do that. I'm very disappointed with the service.
