Instrukcja jest tylko instrukcją rysunkową; brak słów do każdego rysunku. Żadna z części nie jest oznaczona, rozłożyłam wszystko i przejrzałam instrukcję, a do każdej części dodałam etykietę. Kolejność kroków jest myląca i nieuporządkowana, poświęciłam czas i przeszłam każdą sekcję kroków, aby upewnić się, że rozumiem, co oznaczają. Pomocne byłoby wyjaśnienie, jak regulować wysokość itp. podczas montażu. Jedyną rzeczą, którą bym zmieniła, są większe kawałki rzepu do lambrekinu – nie potrzeba dużego wiatru, aby go zdjąć, więc użyłam klipsów z obu końców, aby pomóc go przytrzymać. Produkt, po złożeniu, jest świetny! Uwielbiamy go, pomógł nam osłonić nasze przesuwane szklane drzwi przed słońcem na zachodzie, po tym, jak straciliśmy duże drzewo dające cień przez piorun. Zdecydowanie polecam, po prostu poświęć trochę czasu na zinterpretowanie instrukcji.

Firstly, let me say that I have a lot of experience putting things together. I have put several pieces of furniture together this year and I have put together dozens of items in the past 5 years and probably over 100 in the past 40 years. It's a good thing I have a lot of experience putting kits together and I also have a very large assortment of tools, both manual and power. On this awning kit, the instructions were abysmally bad and confusing. I basically relied on the diagrams, crude as they were, and less so on the actual written instructions, which was often wrong or missing steps. The steps were all over the place and not in sequence. Most instructions go sequentially, page by page for put together furniture and other items. Not here. With all my experience and background in DIY projects it took me 4 hours to put this awning together and install it on my deck. Now for the positives. It does look nice and works very well. I've used it for two days now and I am impressed. Let's see how it does 30 days or 180 days from now. I will attach pictures. The location is on the back of the house on a large, wooden deck.

So far seems like a good quality awning for the price. Instructions have a little to be desired. I found instructions online and were able to zoom in on the instructions which made it clear for the steps to put together.

Overall a good product, easy to install and to use. I am waiting for the first windblow to see if it is strong enough.

Good product. Sturdier than expected. Happy with that. User must go very slow with picture directions. Bigger font would be better. Last part with spring especially confusing. Also could be difficult at times to use screws as holes did not always line up well. 2nd one went together easier than first. Once up, great! One person can assemble it until it needs to be erected. Then you really need 2. Easy to use. Does the job well. Satisfied.

Le store arrive démonté. Il faut le monter avec un mode d'emploi qui laisse un peu à désirer : notamment sur une pièce qui se fixe au milieu du store mais dont il faut déduire l'utilité et l'emplacement malgré relecture d'une centaine de fois du mode d'emploi. Nous étions 2 personnes habituées des montages et bricoleurs. Il nous a fallu 3h environ pour le montage avec les difficultés du mode d'emploi et certaines actions de montage prennent du temps incompressible (notamment mettre les fils en PE dans les bourrelets de la toile). Par contre la qualité est au rendez vous j'avais peur de tomber sur une chinoiserie mais il est vraiment costaud au niveau de la toile et des bras il n'y a rien à redire. Prévoyez du temps pour le montage et ne pas se lancer dedans si vous n'êtes pas du tout bricoleur vous allez vous arrachez les cheveux

Très bon achat, juste dommage que les toiles sont mal pliées dans le paquet et un petit manque d'explications de montage .... Sinon le store est super beau et facile à utiliser

Le store banne est conforme au descriptif. Seul le montage sur le mur est compliqué
