Bought 2 of these to go at end of Patio canopy so did not use the end post. Easy to attach to wall with 2 brackets but do need to check they are precisely in line with packers as brickwork not perfectly flat. Easy to pull out and I attach them to the canopy post, so not sure how easy to use with the post provided

There should be brackets to attach the screen enclosure to the side of the enclosure. Not everyone has a brick wall to attach to as the diagram shows. I had to get custom brackets made up tp attach the housing to a side post on my deck. Also it is not the easiest thing to put the pull tab into the end post. I also had to remove the bottom nylon sleeve as it was too thick to allow the end of the screen to slip into the nub at the bottom of the end post. Once the nylon sleeve was removed it went into place better.

I absolutely loved this item at first until I realized it wasn't as big as I thought. It doesn't completely cover the space I need it to cover. If only it were a few inches longer on each side, that aspect of it would have been perfect. My next issue is... On one side, the fabric is not tight at all. It constantly flaps in the wind. It looks bad and will more than likely end up tearing it up sooner rather than later. It is a little hard to get it lined up just right when you are trying to attach it to the pole AND, I did not notice at first that it was supposed to attach at the bottom of the pole was well as at the handle. It's also a little difficult to line it up right the first time when you're letting it wind back up. I usually have to pull it out and redo it at least once. There could very well be a trick to all of these problems, but I haven't figured it out yet. Overall, it will do for now I guess.

Przesyłka dotarła w podartym pudełku, uszkodzonym przez przewoźnika. Ekran był porysowany i wgnieciony w kilku miejscach. Na szczęście obsługa klienta bardzo szybko zareagowała na moją reklamację, proponując różne rozwiązania i ostatecznie wszystko zostało rozwiązane. Bez wahania zamówiłbym ponownie z tej strony, gdyby zaszła taka potrzeba.

Colis reçu dans un carton éventré à cause des transporteurs. Paravent rayé et cabossé à plusieurs endroits..Heureusement le service après vente a été très réactif suite à ma plainte en me proposant divers solutions et tout s est bien terminé. Je n hésiterai pas à recommander sur ce site en cas de besoin .

Looks good but the last few feet are hard to pull out. The recoil spring appears close to its maximum capability

Houses where we live are pretty close to each and our backyard also backs onto each other leaving little privacy while sitting on the deck. This screen solves that problem ands was easy to install. What's great about it is that when not in use, it retracts back into the pole so as to not obstruct your view of the yard. Love it.

We needed a retractable privacy screen on our deck and this unit fit the bill, and the price was right. It was fairly easy to install and seems to be made out of solid materials. The desk flexes a bit bit so the two side poles don't stay completely vertical under load making it more difficult to connect the awning to the poles correctly. I expect that someone installing the unit on a harder surface such as stone tiles or concrete, wouldn't have this issue. I mitigated this effect by drilling a hole part way up each side pole, anchoring one to the deck railing and the other one to the house. We have only had it for a few months so can't comment on reliability yet. I imagine we will have to put it away in the shed in the Fall since we get cold winters with snow and some occasional freezing rain. I have reached out the Vevor support on this last point but have not gotten an answer yet.
