After we received the awning and it weighted more than we anticipated to put on our pop up camper we were told we couldn’t return it. We decided to chance it and attach it and we found that one of the brackets wasn’t spaced right to attach it so had to come up with another way to make it work. Didn’t appreciate their return policy.

"ZERO STAR" This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I reported a missing item from my order, and instead of helping me, VEVOR immediately told me to contact the shipping carrier myself to request a refund. As the vendor, they should have handled this process, not made the customer chase down the carrier. After nearly two months of back-and-forth between the carrier and VEVOR, the carrier issued a refund to VEVOR on October 8, 2025. Since then, I’ve contacted VEVOR multiple times, and every time they give the same copy-and-paste response: “We’ve referred the matter to the relevant team and will contact you within 24–48 business hours.” It’s been over two weeks, and still no refund or clear answer. Even when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that wasn’t possible. This company shows zero accountability and no urgency to resolve issues after they have your money. I would not recommend VEVOR to anyone. Buyers beware — if something goes wrong with your order, you’re on your own.

They sent me broken product and I emailed them nicely that I love your product I want to buy more of your product and I already bought multiple wanna use them in camping they replied back ok we give 20$ back that’s so ridiculous that I received a broken product 150$ and they won’t accept product back and give me my money i will return all my vevor product never buy this cheap stuff don’t recommend it

I wanted to like this. It seemed like a versatile, lightweight option for car camping. I used it twice. The seams are ripped. The carry bag is toast. It can’t withstand anything more than a light breeze without buckling. There are tiny holes near the pitch. It blocks light well, but gets hot underneath. I knew it wasn’t going to be high end for the price, but after two uses, it’s basically garbage. Buy something g else.
