For $310 you would think a pack up instructions would be apart of the manual but it’s not. The cables came mangled and the usb box is broken right out of the box. Can’t even test the lights, assuming they work. This is upsetting.

J'ai achété cet Auvent pour metrre sur un petit van aménagé et il est trés bien adapté et son installation a été trés facile. Pratique car une seule personne arrive à le déplier et le replier. Par contre j'ai des doutes sur la tenue dans le temps surtout des velcros . Et lemarquage VEVOR en orange est trés moche. Percso j'ai mis un coup de bombe d epeinture noire pour le cache et c'est beaucoup mieux. Pour le prix ça fait le job !

After we received the awning and it weighted more than we anticipated to put on our pop up camper we were told we couldn’t return it. We decided to chance it and attach it and we found that one of the brackets wasn’t spaced right to attach it so had to come up with another way to make it work. Didn’t appreciate their return policy.

06.10.-én érkezett sérült dobozban és a termék is sérült. Azóta a 2. visszatéritési igényt adtam be ma 06.23 van és érdemben még nem reagált a cég. A termék jó lenne ha higényesebben lenne csomagolva és szállítva. Ez így csak egy drága szemét nem sok értelmét látom a cserének mert a csomagolás nincs jól kipárnázva, merevítve így nagyon sérülékeny szállítás közben. A cég ügyfélszolgálatának hozzá állása nem korrekt (az első ticketem 2 nap után lezártán a másodikra 10 napja csak autómata várjak még levelek jönnek.
