Had a plumber come out to clean our drain pipes. Charged me 200 dollars and left one hell of a mess. Two weeks later the pipe backed up again. Not wanting to spend another 200 clams and clean up another mess, I ordered this to see if I could clean the line myself. It comes with 66 feet of 5/8 inch cable and multiple attachments. I had the wife running water in the shower while I was running the auger. Was in about 60 feet when I hit the plug and water came gushing out. That was about a year ago and haven't had a problem since. It paid for itself and then some with that one use. I would highly recommend for anyone having sewer line issues.

Very good product works well get a job done and very easy to use and to put away. It was a great buy just the other day. I happen to look at one at Harbor freight cost three times the price for the same product very happy with the price and the product thank you.

Perfect works great

Amazing solid quality for this price. I already made the money in my first service call. Blade are good cut theo dirt and grease daily users recommend to get a chained gloves. Not to get caught

This machine is well built... Better than the Ridgid brand drum snakes... For this price is unbeatable hands down money maker...

Great buy

I have not contacted the company as of yet so they haven’t been able to make it right but the machine is awesome. However, the cable I received had a slight kink in it and it’s inoperable but like I said, I haven’t contacted the company VV is usually a excellent company to deal with and any issues they take care of you.

Great product.

Great product, grey value. If I had bought this at my local plumbing store for 3 times the price I’d think it was a pretty good deal! For what it is, it is excellent. Quality is surprisingly good, it is strong and heavy. Just don’t expect it to clear every stubborn root blockage, get a model with a thicker 7/8 spring at least for tough jobs
