You cant get a receipt from this company. So I will be returning it and get it through a vendor the provides a receipt

I purchased this machine for around $1,000, but it was extremely heavy and difficult to transport and use. I contacted the company to request a return and refund. They instructed me to destroy the machine, send them a video as proof, and promised to issue a refund. I followed all their instructions, destroyed the machine, sent them the video, and disposed of it as requested. However, it has been over a month, and despite emailing them more than 10 times, I still have not received my refund. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and the way they have handled this situation. I followed their instructions in good faith, but now I have lost both the machine and my money. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Machine came looking new and pretty straight forward. Put it together and fed the spring through. when the clutch lever is applied it make a loud crunching noise but does not or feed the cable. So it is useless. While it may just be defecting, I tried contacting support and they were not helpful. Said I would hear back in 2 days.

This machine feeds the cable from front to back regardless of forward or reverse direction setting. Additionally, the coil will only rotate if the lever is pressed extremely hard.

Some quality issues with this: power feed bracket is too weak so it bends and will eventually break from the force of feeding the cable. The drum is manufactured in 2 halves and they never sealed them, so sewage will soak your customers floor. I will need to weld it or at least run a bead of silicone. The power feed is also seizing up after 1 use because it is rusting. I think I'll need to pack it with grease. All that said, for the price I am still very happy. I can weld a reinforcement for the power feed bracket.

Ordered product and used 3 times until the motor seized up up. The selector knob fell off after first use, machine barely had any power to clear drain blockage. Went to use it on a job and the motor was seized and would not spin, tripped every breaker. Wound up renting a machine and losing money on the job. Cable is good quality, the machine is not.
