The popcorn machine worked out just fine it was just too small for what we need we actually need a bigger machine for our events but we will work on that later. The popcorn machine worked great.

Heats up fast. The handles and most of the machine is stainless steel with sharp edges on thr handles and somewhat flimsy. The tab for opening the lid to reload oil and kernels, is very small. Should make a bigger tab for the lid so I can open it easier well away from the hot pan. Overall, heats up quick which is nice. But I feel the quality of the steel could be thicker and better put or built together.

If I could torn this one i really would. It doesnt not pop crisp. The popcorn is very dense and dry. I but the great northern that I used in my nostalgia popcorn machine. That one did great, but got off from wear and tear.

bought it , came in incomplete . missing the kettle lid and now by mail they say it gonna take some time . really poor customer support.

Not very pleased with this item at all...I only used this machine twice and already while trying to pop popcorn it sticks to the kettle and burns on the popcorn...Not a very good quality machine...This was my first from here and will definitely be my last...

Pero en teoria no se puede poner azucar ni sal dentro del cazo para que queden como las del cine. Yo lo hago, y quedan muy bien, el incomveniente es que se pega el azucar en el cazo, estoy probando diferentes metodos para que no se pegue tanto. Como aceite de oliva e ir parando el calor, pero al parar el calor se apaga la luz. Por lo demas funciona todo muy bien. Pero la compre con este proposito.

I just opened my box from an order from late last year so I probably can't get it rectified but the doors are off. One is lower than the other so they don't close all the way. Other than that, this thing pops quickly. I made a mistake and put the oil in it and turned it on because that is what the popcorn packet said. Huge mistake. This machine heats up and starts popping right away.
