If you are looking to get your quad muscles in shape, purchase this unit. Supersizing very light weight, but it supports over 300lbs /136kg. Easy to assemble, quality parts/paint. Once assembled, I would use better tools (sockets) to tighten all the bolts. Check the tightness every month. Just to be safe. I am recovering from a quad tendon injury. This machine is helping with my recovery. I will use this machine daily even when I am fully recovered. Five minutes a day to do 3 sets of 10 squats will strengthen quad, core muscles, hamstrings, calves, and probably more. If you do this, I am sure withing a month you will notice climbing stairs will much easily.

Excelent

I am really enjoying this exercise equipment. I do about 20 of these. A couple times a day. I’m going to work my way up and get in better shape, but I’m 66 years old and after two weeks, I can stand up without pushing on the armrest of the chair. I do enjoy using it thank you.

Czas realizacji zgodnie z wskazanym terminie a nawet szybciej o dwa dni. Sama przesyłka zgodna z opisem, wykonanie super, montaż dziecinnie prosty, wszystkie elementy opisane i solidne. Polecam firmę , na pewno jeszcze coś kupię choć to był mój zakup. Ocena na pięć gwiazdek daję pięć z plusem.

The screws are already screwed into the parts and one part had the screw in so tightly that when I used one of the Allen keys I actually stripped the screw so now I can't put that part in at all. And I think it's the part that is responsible for keeping the pedals in line. Also there's a QR code that says they're supposed to be a video showing you how to put this together but when you go to YouTube there's no video there. I don't know why they put the screws in to the parts already and also the instructions number everything on the actual diagram making it super difficult to see and decipher what is what. The only thing that is itemized on a separate page so you can see what parts you have are the spare parts not the actual parts that you have to use and put together, it's ridiculous!

Le pied du socle est défectueux le support s'est détaché comme si c'était du beurre. Qualité très médiocre j'espère être remboursée
