$89 delivered… After taking back a single use Ozito and swapping for a $100 ryobi trim router only for the acrylic shroud to ‘weld’ itself against the plastic trimmer body. Destructive removal being the only outcome and no ‘spare’ parts offered by the manufacturer I took a punt on this. I can’t justify the spend on professional brands and being locked into the battery eco system. Well I’m delighted. A machined chassis and cast and machined depth shroud. No melting of plastic. Variable speed and slow start and clamp rather than screw tightening It’s already ahead. Criticisms - the casting zero marks are not aligned for the metric and imperial side of the gauge so the casting could do with a bit more finish. The collet is tight. This may be a good thing long term….. and that’s it. And it came with a set of router bits. They may turn out to be made of chocolate but it all helps.

Achetée pour réaliser la découpe de crédence en formica, l'affleureuse fonctionne très bien, elle dispose d'une puissance suffisante. Juste un désagrément à la première tentative d'utilisation. Le frein qui bloque la profondeur de fraisage n'était pas assez serré sur la mienne. Après resserrage de la grenouillère, tout est rentré dans l'ordre. J'ai obtenu le même niveau de qualité qu'avec ma défonceuse Bosch Pro. A voir comment tiendra la machine dans le temps. En l'état et pour de petits travaux, je recommande.
