El producto llegó en tiempo y forma. Lo primero que notamos es que debajo de la leyenda de la marca "VEVOR" hay otra de muy mal gusto que resalta que es una herramienta barata, indeseable para vista exterior. Segundo, y más imprortante, los tornillos que vienen en el paquete son de muy mala calidad, la cabeza esta mal remachada y a la hora de introducir y atornillar en el huso (con un destronillador manual y sin usar mucha fuerza), se degollaron y el tornillo quedó atorado en el huso. No se pudo instalar y fue una muy mala compra que tuve que tirar a la basura.

Worst experience ever. Lock was received missing the spindle that operates it. After extended unsuccessful attempts to have VEVOR accept a return, I finally instituted a chargeback with my credit card company.

Simple enough to set, fiddly to install on north american door holes as hole & screw placement is different so it wiggles. Biggest flaw is that the passage lock is not reliable. It unlocks, but then locks again. A person could get locked IN if they don’t know the code… I asked for a refund and will replace it. The refund took multiple requests. I Really wanted it to be good!

Have been trying for days to return a product that is so poorly 2 mechanically gifted men spent over 5 hours attempting to make it work. Out of frustration we went to Home Depot and purchased a similar item and it took a whopping 10 minutes to install. Vevor when contacted wanted photos and a technician report as to why it was not working!!! The lock is so finiicky and temperamental it is a nightmare. I can’t even get an address to send the unit back to. No refund after I have asked multiple times. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this outfit
