Rui Câncio Bad support team
Miniaturowa piła łańcuchowa 2 w 1
I'm not exactly reviewing the item, hence I didn't got the chance to try.
I contacted the support team to know why my purchase was not delivered the day marked and immediately they said they were refunding me and the article was being returned.
Too weird behaviour so I didn't buy it again.

Ricardo Pereira Frustrating Experience: Chain constantly jumps off and pole collapses
Miniaturowa piła łańcuchowa 2 w 1
I bought this Vevor pole saw hoping it would make trimming branches easier, but it has been a very frustrating tool to use. There are two major design flaws that make it difficult to get any work done.
First, the chain constantly jumps off the bar. No matter how carefully I adjust the tension before starting, it slips off after just a few minutes of use, forcing me to stop what I am doing to fix it.
Second, the locking mechanism for the extension pole is incredibly weak. When you apply even a little bit of pressure to make a cut, the pole easily collapses and shrinks on its own. This is not only annoying but also feels unsafe when you are reaching for high branches.
Overall, a great concept but very poor execution. I spend more time trying to fix the tool than actually cutting wood. I cannot recommend it until these issues are resolved.

Fonctionne correctement.
