Best pole saw ive ever used, battery seems to last forever, cons are its basically a throw away unit because I can't for the love of God find replacement saw chains to put on this unit and they dont sell them separately smh. And you can only sharpen the chain a max of like 6-7 times then its garbage 🗑 😒 🙄 😴. But if anyone out there knows where I can find any let me know ASAP because I do absolutely love using it around my house and taking it to use at other friends and family houses too! I really hope i can find new chains because the unit is very light, holds a charge forever, super quiet and can run it late into the night without anyone noticing. Second con would be that make sure you have a separate smaller squirt bottle of bar oil because the oiler dosen't put on as much as you think if you're using it long or going through anything thicker than 8 inches! Would recommend just for a cheaper throw away tool 🔧 😉.

Have been using this since Aug 2025 on a very overgrown property. The chainsaw is fantastic, cuts more than you think, and extension is great. The oiler top popped off soon after getting it, so have a thick plastic screwed into the cap, so that could be better. I have replaced the chain 3 times now, requires 5" chain 1/4" .043 32 DL. VERY HARD TO FIND!!! Only have been able to find on ebay. This is a bummer, because it is not easy to pick up a new chain. Would probably have bought a different brand if I had known the chain was so hard to find. However, battery life is very good.

Been great

Cut one 10/12 inches if ya know!!

I like saw but can't order or how to order new chain for it

I was very impressed with this Cordless Pole saw. I have used it a number of times and found it to be very effective at trimming trees. My only complaint is that I was supposed to get a 4ah battery and mine came with only a 2 ah battery,

Pull trimmer seem to work very well. It was simple to put together very intuitive. It did throw the chain one time. It took a minute to figure out how to get that back on but ultimately it was pretty simple. It did a great job at what I needed to do and I would definitely buy it again.

Handy little saw

It's what I expected when I ordered it. Cuts good and is lightweight. I wish the pole part was a little longer. Good for small trimming jobs, it's not a chainsaw but works very well.

Works great the saw got bound up in a limb now the pops off alot .But it cuts good an fast ,I hate the trigger safety switch
