VERY DISPOINTED!!! Is NOT the SIZE as described on Website. I already have a grinder and thought I was getting a larger grinder. However when I received my order, the grinder I received was NOT the size as described as on the VEVOR website.

I’m very disappointed with this experience. The equipment stopped working within a month of purchase, and I submitted a warranty repair request over a week ago with no response. I also tried reaching out through live chat and received the same lack of follow-up.
If you’re manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment, timely support and repair service should be a priority. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

This items is poorly assembled, I can smell metal when using it and also if seed I grind. Screws tightening upper part to motor are crooked, visible with dark material inside, very nasty. I would not recommend it. I have tried to return it before using it and was asked for pictures, photos so someone can call to fix it even though I explained the problem.

Dorothy Burnt Out
The grinder is really impressive in terms of speed. I could grind coffee and wheat in a fraction of the time ive needed with any other tool. Unfortunately the grinder burnt out after less than 10 uses in about a month and a half. I trouble shot it. Its dead. VERY disappointing.

franc Do not buy!
I have bought this 2 times! Both times within a few times using it stopped working. Not happy. The first time I let customer service no my Grinder did not work, they were supposed to send me a part (never did). Stupidly, I ordered another one. Shame on me. Same thing happened with the new one. I have ordered multiple products with Vevor and this is the only one that I have had problems with.
