Bought back in May and hadn’t opened it until today 8/10/26. When I was putting all the pieces together I came to realize a part was broken. I couldn’t even use it because of this broken part. It is brand new and this is how it arrived unfortunately.

Livraison rapide, malheureusement, par manque de protection sur les roues en plastique, une roue est explosée dans le colis intact après déballage, aucun choc apparent et le SAV me balade depuis 10 jours maintenant alors que j'ai fait un ticket dès réception et déballage avec les photos et une vidéo comme demandée
Pour l'utilisation, ben faudra attendre qu'ils veuillent bien m'envoyer une roue de remplacement urgemment, sinon il semble de bonne facture, à voir plus tard, je mettrai à jour mon avis

Paris High Expectations
Was very excited about this pressure washer however after receiving it and putting it together the pump had a crack in it. Customer Service was amazing and sent a new pump immediately, however that pump was too large and didn’t fit inside the frame of the pressure washer.

Niestety sprzęt po otrzymaniu nie odpalał , okazało się że świeca nie daje iskry , po wymianie świecy , sprzęt odpalił ale po 3 min pracy gaśnie , odpala ponownie bez problemu i znów po około 3 min gaśnie , zgłoszenie vevor nie c na e dało i pozostało bez odpowiedzi , nie polecam zdecydowanie
