Bent handle probably from shipping Bent Handle
I'm just disappointed now bc the handle is bent. Took all the excitement out of getting the new pressure washer. I thought was going to be able to bend it back but no luck

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I purchased the pressure washer, and it doesn't work. The ridiculous requirement is that I send a video of the pressure washer not working to receive return instructions. The buyer has to use technology compatible with Vevor's system, and mine isn't, which is unfair and unreasonable. Therefore, I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work, and there's no way to speak with a human. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Rob stay away from Vevor Worst company on planet earth
I went into great detail of how this company sent me out a damaged product AND missing essential parts. I didn’t even get an apology or a response back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the only negative review I’ve ever wrote in my life. Do not buy ANYTHING from this horrible company.

Pierre Do not puchase - Dead on arrival!
I used it twice and the engine would quit after 5 minutes. Fluid (gas or water) is mixing is the oil pan. I cannot pull the crank because of the build up of pressure in the piston.
I want to return it. So far. I am getting the run around from Customer Service

It s been a month that I paid for the item and it is still missing. Dealing with vevor is impossible cause they won't give u your money back.
