I’ve used this product three times in total, it sits on a shelf and a temperature controlled environment. The third time that I’ve used this product it has fallen apart and melted the switch back that turns it on. This thing might have two complete hours of use And I can tell you that it is a fire hazard. Not sure if it’s just the one I have or if all of them are built this shotty. Definitely beware and never ever leave this thing unattended for any reason. After trying to pull open the little compartment to see what went wrong, the ground and fuse weren’t even in there.

The unit’s tank started rusting within two weeks, which is ridiculous. After three months of use, the heating barely worked anymore; it wouldn’t heat up above 65 degrees Celsius. Finally, now, in the first week of June, after just a few months of use, the unit has completely broken down. It doesn’t heat, it doesn’t vibrate, and it doesn’t clean. Over the past 30 years, I’ve bought quite a few different types of ultrasonic cleaners, and my goldsmiths have used them in our jewelry workshop, but I’ve never come across such a shoddy device!!!

Meine Erfahrung mit VEVOR war leider äußerst enttäuschend. Die gelieferte Ware war bereits bei Erhalt defekt bzw. mangelhaft. Noch problematischer war jedoch der Umgang mit der Reklamation. Obwohl ein kostenloser Rückversand zugesichert wird, wurde dies in meinem Fall nicht eingehalten. Statt einer unkomplizierten Lösung musste ich mehrfach nachhaken und erhielt keine zufriedenstellende Unterstützung. Der Kundenservice hat einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Auf die tatsächlich geschilderten Probleme wurde kaum eingegangen. Statt konkreter Antworten erhielt ich überwiegend standardisierte E-Mails, die offensichtlich nicht auf meinen Fall abgestimmt waren. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass meine Anliegen gar nicht richtig gelesen wurden. Ich erwarte von einem Unternehmen, dass es zu fehlerhaften Produkten steht und Reklamationen professionell bearbeitet. It looked like it had been returned once and it stopped working

Package arrived as expected but damaged. Contacted support for a return and it took a week for Vevor Customer "support" to accept that they needed to send me a return shipping label. Now awaiting any evidence that the replacement item is being shipped. Disappointing.
