Hab bestellt und und am Tag wo es ankommen sollte wurde das Paket umgeleitet und ging zurück an den Absender in Italien. Seitens Vevor hiess es dann es wäre einfacher mir das Geld zu erstatten als zu warten. Auf die Idee zu kommen mir umgehend einen neuen Reiniger zu schicken sind die nicht gekommen. Traurig aber wahr... Ich hab hier schon einiges bestellt aber sowas ist mir noch nicht passiert. In Zukunft werde ich mir 2x überlegen hier etwas zu bestellen. Schade eigentlich...

Shipping problems false promises

After 2 weeks of buying this items I still have not received all packages. Customer service promised a Refund so I went to Home Depot and bought what I needed at a higher price of course. Now they refused to give me the Refund and I still haven’t got my full order. Customer service promised me a tracking number and I’m still waiting for it. Stay away from VEVOR
