This is a perfect sausage stuffer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for features is that my stuffer didn't include a gasket for the tubes so I had to make one out of food grade silicone gasket material. I used the second from smallest tube (smokies) and the largest tube (salami) and the stuffer easily developed enough pressure to force the meat mixture into the casings with no air bubbles because of the nice air vent on the piston. There was no meat left in the stuffer when the piston was run to the end, only in the tube.

So happy with this purchase. We are keeping our Portuguese tradition alive. By making homemade sausages. Having this machine was so helpful. i already had one but we needed another one as the family has grown and now they have invited their friends to also be a part of it

Well made, operates perfectly, everything is stainless easy to clean.
I had a problem with a missing locknut, Vevor had one shipped out, didn’t have to return the machine or any of that jargon. Would buy again.
