I never received this order! Please refund me as too much time has passed and I don’t have time to wait this long as I have found an alternative method to removing the bolts.

Keinerlei Funktion, was man bekommt ist einfach nur Elektroschrott Und der Hersteller macht es sich einfach und schickt den Kaufpreis zurück anstatt das Ding zu raparieren oder ein funktionierendes Gerät zu schicken. Dazu hat man noch eine Menge hin und her geschriebsel bis der Hersteller überhaupt glaub, das das Ding kaputt ist

Pretty useless device, it begins to heat bolt but stops too soon and red led comes on in handle, at same time heating cycle stops. It seems to have very short duty cycle.

Very disappointed with this VEVOR bolt buster. It had only about 3–4 hours of total use over three months before failing, which is completely unacceptable for a tool advertised as durable and heavy-duty. A product like this should last years, not fail after light occasional use. What made this even worse was the warranty experience. In my experience, VEVOR’s warranty support has been extremely poor. Despite repeated attempts to contact them and providing all requested information, they have continued to dodge the warranty claim instead of honoring it. Responses have been vague, repetitive, and have not led to an actual resolution. A warranty is only meaningful if a company stands behind it, and based on my experience, that has not been the case. Poor product reliability combined with poor after-sale support makes this very hard to recommend. I would not buy this product again.

Trop cher pour une efficacité quasi nulle

nei video fanno vedere che scalda un bullone da 8 mm in meno di un minuto, dopo tre minuti era appena caldo e la bobina che ho usato praticamente distrutta .costa poco ma vale meno . è il primo prodotto vevor che non mi soddisfa.

Das Gerät an sich taugt nichts bis garnichts und erbringt nicht ansatzweise die Leistung die versprochen wird. Mußte mir dann ein Leihgerät besorgen. Das hat mit weniger Leistung sofort zum Erfolg geführt. Und dann kam die am selben Tag der Lieferung beantragte Rückgabe. Kundenservice ist gleich null. Ich mußte zig Emails schreiben und mit rechtlichen Schritten drohen bis ich nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit mein Geld zurück bekam. Den Elektromüll durfte ich dann noch selbst entsorgen. Mein Fazit: Finger weg von Vevor und deren Produkten!!! Gibt nur Ärger!!!
