Shipping was fast that’s the only good thing about this transaction.
Shelter arrived and took it camping Went to set it up after many attempts to get it we found out it was missing a support bar. Asked for a refund and I got that VEVOR will ship the missing part.

Courier did not deliver to my home I had to go to another town to pick up my package and it was damaged.
Vevor support will promise you everything, but provide nothing.

I am unable to write a review because it is still packed in the original box. We will not be opening or using the Gazebo until mid May 2026, when the camping season starts. When that happens and its being used, I'll be able to write a review. thank you.

This has been one of the worst buying experience of our adult life. Never received the Screen Room to our home. When we asked questions about when it would arrive never received a real answer . Had to get with our Credit Card Company to dispute the charge. We will not use this company again. Never got a straight answer from any correspondence. Cannot answer survey questions due to never receiving product.

ELee Poles cracked with first set up

Fiberglass poles cracked first time we set it up leaving splinters in my son’s hand. Difficult set up. Also had a lot of difficulty with UPS shipping, was told tent was being returned to Vevor warehouse but it showed up a week later after I’d found an alternate tent locally.
