What I was looking for

I was a little annoyed that they didn't include the screw length anywhere on the page (at the time of purchase and later review) hence my title for this reveiw. I purchased two of these to use with a simple project, making a pair of butcher block desks. The screws included seem to be #6 one inch (2.54 cm) wood screws, which were too long for my project. I needed to go to the hardware store and pick up some #6 3/4 inch screws. Fully assembled they're wonderfully sturdy, absolutely no wobble or give with the legs. I am docking one star because both sets of legs had one nut each that didn't have threading cut into it correctly. I ended up skipping the nuts on all four of the leveler feet and screwing them all the way in, because the floor they were going on was totally level.

I ordered these legs to Brooklyn, New York. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the first package—most likely due to theft, since UPS even provided photos of the delivered product. A special shout-out to customer support for their incredibly prompt service; I received the replacement package literally three days after filing the claim. The legs are very sturdy and truly feature the robust construction described in the specs. There was a minor issue with metal shavings inside, but it doesn't affect functionality, so I didn't care. They come with all the necessary installation hardware, so I didn't need any extra tools, and the whole process—including mounting them to the tabletop—took no more than 30–40 minutes. Highly recommended overall!

They are strong metal legs which worked well for my table I made with them, though I had some problems. The problem I had was the plate that is used to screw into the wood bowed on me when you follow the directions in order. I had a hard time with getting it to sit flat even with some areas being bent like in my picture which I eventually got bent back with clamps. After putting it together, I feel that it would of been better to do the directions in reverse order, to get the flat plate on first then to put the X legs on. I believe putting the legs all together before screwing them onto the wood caused the 4 bolts of the X legs connecting to the plates on the wood to bow, not making it sit flat against the wood. If I were to order these again in the future I would do the the plates to wood first screwed in, since it would also be easier to screw into the wood without the legs in the way of getting your tool straight. Other than those problems, they are strong legs which look like they can take a lot of weight.
