Toen het toestel geleverd werd was de interne verpakking beschadigd. Op zich geen probleem; dacht ik... Echter, toen ik het toestel begon te gebruiken doken er allerlei problemen op die schade toebrachten aan mijn kledij (vetvlekken afkomstig uit de machine, vlekken die ontstonden doordat er verf loskomt van de verticale arm bij het in-en uitdraaien). Maar het ergste moest nog komen: na enkele t-shirts gedrurukt te hebben, scheurde de horizontale arm waar de bovenste plaat aan bevestigd is. Ik heb een ticket geopend, maar ik vermoed dat de support afdeling niet echt goed begrijpt wat het probleem is. Ik heb een volledige vervanging gevraagd of een refund omdat het toestel dat ik kreeg, kwalitatief zeer slecht is en bovenal onveilg is. Je wil immers niet dat de machine breekt of ineen stort wanneer je bezig bent met temperaturen van 170°C. Echter, de support wil wat vervangingsonderdelen opsturen binnen 2 weken. Ik ben absoluut ontevreden over de kwaliteit van de geleverde machine en over de supportafdeling!!! NIET KOPEN DUS!!!

This press came with out the listed wrench which is needed to remove the platen or to tighten the platen as it does come loose when using it. The wrench is listed in the list of item that should be included in the box. It was not. I have contacted them (Belfor is the agent that I have been in contact with) have been told that it does not come with the the press. I have tried to find a small enough wrench that can be used but it is too tight of a space to use regular tools in. The press works well, there is an annoying clicking sound when using it and having to tighten the bolt with my fingers is not the best thing as it does get HOT! Very disappointed!!

Leider kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben, da nach 4 Wochen Wartezeit nichts angekommen ist. Zwar wurde mit der Kaufpreis zurückerstattet, aber die Vorfreude wurde bitter entäuscht. Werde bei VEVOR nicht mehr bestellen !!!

I have had my machine for less than two months, and the temperature controller is not working. I contacted the warranty department; it has been over 48 hours, and they have not provided a solution—nor have they even reached out to me.

ola, a prensa não cumpre com o trabalho dela, é muito má, esta sempre a desapartar os parafusos sozinha, nunca matem o nivelamento esta sempre a desnivelar sozinha.

Did not work properly. I’ve been trying to reach someone for weeks to return. This is my first time dealing with this company and my last. When you attempt to contact someone through the customer service line all you get is a voicemail. After leaving several messages, no one has contacted me. Also sent emails, now I’m being told they’re closing the case which has not been resolved. Please know and be aware that if you have any issues with your product, you won’t be able to get assistance from this company!

Tutto bene per i primi mesi di utilizzo, dopo neanche un anno il braccio si è letteralmente strappato lungo la saldatura ho chiesto la sostituzione e a distanza di più di un mese da gennaio a oggi non ho ancora ricevuto la parte di ricambio essendo la macchina in garanzia. in alternativa mi è stato offerto un rimborso di 20€ . speravo in un'assistenza più efficace ora dovrò acquistarne un'altra per poter continuare a lavorare.

I’m very disappointed with this heat press. The machine does not apply even pressure. The back side compresses the springs and presses correctly, but the front side barely applies any pressure at all. This causes uneven transfers and inconsistent results, which is a huge problem when trying to run a business. At first I thought it was user error since I was still learning how to use the machine. I spent a lot of time trying to fix it by adjusting the screws, springs, and pressure settings, but nothing changes the issue. No matter what adjustments are made, the machine still presses mostly in the back and not in the front. After researching online, I discovered that several other people with this same model are experiencing the exact same problem, which makes it seem like a design or manufacturing flaw. Unfortunately this has cost me money in wasted materials and ruined products because the pressure is not consistent. I expected much better quality and reliability. I would not recommend this model if you need even pressure for heat transfer or sublimation. IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS, CONSIDER BUYING A BETTER MACHINE AND INVESTING IN HIGHER QUALITY. OTHERWISE, YOU MAY END UP SPENDING MORE MONEY FIXING CUSTOMER ORDERS AND REPLACING MATERIALS DAMAGED BY THE LACK OF PROPER PRESSURE.

Meine Bestellung wurde bis heute nicht geliefert...letzter Eintrag von DHL am 06.02.26 in DE, kein Eintrag, dass in die CH geliefert wurde. Vom Kundendienst keine Antwort erhalten.
