Aún no lo he puesto, porque me falta un metro de cremallera. Que por cierto, sois malisimos para dar soluciones y vender repuestos. No tenéis ni un teléfono de contacto!! Espero que pueda encontrar la cremallera que me falta en otro sitio, porque ustedes nulos, y que me funcione el motor bien, porque como para tener problemas, viendo su gestión de Postventa...

Mise en place assez facile. Le moteur est puissant,peu bruyant , la qualité de la crémaillère résistera t'elle au temps ? Seul problème et déception : la cellule du portail ne fonctionne pas malgré le branchement conforme au schéma de montage préconisé.

El motor va muy forzado. Veremos con el tiempo de uso cuando pierda todavia mas fuerza, la puerta es pequeña y no pesa ni una tercera parte de lo que exige la marca. Y viene sin sensores de movimiento. Osea que si tienes el coche o cualquier cosa y le da por cerrarse. olvidate. He contactado con ellos para que me vendieran unos....Y NO TIENEN. Me dicen que si quiero devolver el producto que lo devuelva. Increible. Si alguien va a comprar pensaros lo de los sensores.

Suite a ce que mon premier moteur ait cramé, j'ai recommandé la même référence. Une fois remplacé, le portail ne s'ouvre pas. Je me rends compte que les composants interne sont sous dimensionné par rapport au premier moteur qui sont sensés être identique. Le support certe réactif me demande de manipuler les câbles, faire de nouveau branchement électrique en plus de mesures. Une fois ces modifications faites, le fonctionnement etait un peu mieux mais des qu'il fait trop frais le matin, le moteur se lance mais l'entraînement de l'engrenage ne se fait pas. Au final, la seule solution a été un remboursement casi total. Mieux vaut mettre un peu plus cher dans votre moteur que de vous orienter sur le VEVOR 600.

Toujours le même problème : pas de notice en français. C'est très gênant. Il faut arrêter d'en proposer en France. Dommage, le matériel est correct mais il ne faut pas tomber en panne parce que pas de service après vente, même pas de conseil téléphonique. Je n'achèterai plus chez VEVOR...

I've contacted the through the online contact submission form and never received a response this unit did not come with the safety motion activated sensors they are not sold separately they have to be in the box I contacted them twice to find the part then the third time to return the unit no response at any time

I purchased and installed two of these to open my pair of 16’ lightweight slide gates. Gates are less than 200 lbs each. Very simple chain driven system. On the plus side, the hardware looked reasonably well built. Same as all of the other manufacturers which are probably all the same company anyway, like ghost and mighty mule and co-z. Heck, I am just replacing a pair of co-z openers that finally bit the dust after six years of Florida direct sunlight, three hurricanes, ant infiltration, and zero maintenance other than chain lube. In fact, I would have preferred to just replace the CO-Z openers with the same model, but it is no longer made. So I gave Vevor a shot. Instructions were pretty clear. Installation was ok. About what I expected. I’m in no rush. Just want to do it right once. It is the programming and operation that I found to be quite disappointing. Programming is not as easy as it should be, but not the end of the world. The issue is that to get to the little learn button, like the one on your garage door opener, you have to remove a little molded plastic plate from the control board. That little plastic plate is held in with four of the teeniest tiniest little screws. These screws are very hard to see under ideal conditions, like in AC, at the workbench, but under less ideal conditions, like in the direct sunlight with your non-sunscreened plumbers crack exposed to Florida midday sun while you are kneeling in fireants trying to see the little screw head, it’s not as much fun. So, I heated my awl and poked a hole in the little plexiglass cover and screwed it back on to the board for the last time. Now, I can poke that little button with a small screwdriver without having to remove that dang cover. So, programming was ok after that. But, I vastly prefer to be able to open each gate independently. Try as I might, I could not get this to happen. I could not train button one to gate one and button two to gate two. Could not get it. All right. Screw it. That’s how it’ll have to be. But what happens if I hit the button and only one side opens? What now? Did the other side just not hear me push the button? Will it hear it if I push it again? And what if it doesn’t and the original gate, they one that was paying attention and heard me the first time, now, it hears it a second time so it stops what it’s doing. Gate 2 is now merrily on the way open while gate 1 is stopped, wanting the the call which will mean it’s time to go the other way. And so on. The CO-Z did it just fine that way. Button one, gate one opens. Button two? Gate two. Piece of cake. Ok, fine. I’ll carry extra remotes around with us and make this a game of wits every time I exit. It is pretty rare that both gates work as they should when the button is pressed. For that reason, I’m already shopping for something better, even if I have to lay out more bucks for the better rated operators. But the other reason is that these gates are really slow.
