This unit feels very solid the design is simple, it comes already assembled and was well packaged. I read the instructions and watched a few U-tube videos on how to use it, it's a good value for the price.

This thing is pretty sweet. I would give it a 4.5 star rating if I could just because there are a couple things I think could be improved. 1. The water nozzle is a pain to get to stay in the correct spot that the water drips properly. If it was attached to the top of the blade cover and there was a hole on top to drip down onto the grinding disc, that would have be great. I found having it drip on the disc vs the blade was just less messy and the results were the same. 2. I found the angles to be slightly off. On some of my blades, the hook angle is supposed to be 15 degrees but the machine reads 13 degrees when set up. Same when the hook angle is 10 degrees, it reads about 8. Not a huge deal as you can just do it by eye anyways and this may just be human error. 3. A drain hose added to the bottom of the plate that collects water would have been a nice addition also. A lot of water pools up in the collection plater and not exactly any easy way to drain it other than lifting the entire machine and tilting over or using a cloth and sponging it up 4. Instructions weren't too bad to follow. Overall this is a fantastic tool once you get every thing dialed in and you get used to setting up blades. I've sharpened about 10 blades thus far and has yielded a vast cutting improvement. This will not have the same results of getting your blades professionally sharpened but for a DIYer, I've already made my money back and my blades cut like new. I wish I purchased this tool years ago

Nach ca. 20 Zähnen fing es an zu riechen, nach ca. 40 Zähnen fing der Kunststoff an zu schmelzen und nach ca. 60 Zähne waren die Schleifreste durchgeschmolzen. Und da wurde kein Hartmetall geschliffen.

Mit diesem gerät von Vevor war ich nicht zufrieden Funktion ist nicht ganz wie beschrieben. D.h. der Zahnrücken lässt sich nicht schleifen.

Acheté pour une utilisation personnelle. J'ai affûté une douzaine de lames, j'ai l'impression que je devrai acheter une nouvelle meule pour les prochaines, un peu de vibrations du coté le la meule mais qui ne nuisaient pas à l'affûtage, le support pour la lame ne glisse pas toujours parfaitement, un peu de restriction à certain endroit mais dans l'ensemble je suis satisfait du résultat considérant le rapport qualité/ prix. Je recommanderais l'achat.
