Works great on 10’x10’ rollups. Also used on 12’x10’ with no issues. I’ve installed 4 of these units the only problem is getting replacement fob remotes but universal fobs will work if extras or replacements are needed

I am super glad I ended up purchasing this opener. Should have done it sooner. Easy to install and program. I was impressed with how.smooth and quiet it was. Operated a 9x8 door with ease. I had very limited space to work with and only has a very minor modification to the door wheel for the teeth to fit. Minor as in cut a 1/2inch notch in plastic roller door wheel and was a super snug fit. Only wish it was programable to homelink or had normal opener control versus the key fob. But hey for the price a guy can only be so picky. I tapped one to the wall by the door and the other stays in the truck. I'm considering a second one for the other door. I just don't use it often otherwise it would be a no brainer.

The opener unit is great. Looks nice and very strong. My only complaint is the instructions. It’s obvious that the instructions were interpreted from one language to another, and a lot was lost in translation. Takes a bit to decipher, but it was doable. I have recommended this opener to several of my friends and I recommend it to you also.

Good value door opener, no problem installation and set up on an old door. Would definitely buy again if needed.

Every easy to install and operate, with little modification it can be mounted to a janus 3100 seris door ( 8x20) wind rated door , only negative it only comes with 2 remotes and having a hard to find a unverisal remotes to work with this motor . Overall for price and functionality beats spending 1300 on a lift master or the ata dominator

I love this opener easy to install. I recommend to install the opener on the left side of the roll up door so you don't have to mess with the spring settings. The first unit I installed on the right side took me almost, all day to get it working. But on the left side I was done in under four hours. I had to add 1 inch by 6 inch nipple to the doors to give me the room to mount the opener.
