Dommage que le SAV de VEVOR ne soit pas bon
Les conversations sont interminables
Et quand l’appareil arrive cassé chez vous, vous ne parvenez pas à obtenir gain de cause et vous restez avec votre produit endommagé, ce qui est bien dommage.
Les produits sont bons mais le SAV est pitoyables

La livraison a été rapide, mais de nombreux chocs sur la machine avec même une pièce cassée et la tige fileté pour reglage du centrage de la bande est tordu( voir photo)
Je vais réparer tout ça mais c'est quand même ennuyeux.

The Machining was off and was poorly made. I was quite disappointed as I've purchased many items from this site. I literally threw it out.

Justin Hitchcock 2x72 grinder
Received grinder and it immediately started tripping the breaker. Ran test on the motor and VFD. There is a short in the VFD and still haven’t gotten replacement VFD or grinder.

Steve Review
Unit motor would not run. Motor casing was also broken. Support could not send a new motor so I had to return it which included having to build a crate as the original packaging was useless after opening it.

The quality of the materials are nice and sturdy. The belt however doesnt run true and vevor dont want to return it or refund me.
now i have to spend even more money fixing it myself.
Wuld not buy from them again....

The VFD failed after 2 1/5 months and VEVOR IS NO HELP!
DO NOT BUY ANY MAJOR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT FROM VEVOR! They do not stand behind their products!
This is the second VFD failure on one of their grinder/sanders I have experienced. I should have learned my lesson with the 1x30 sander that failed but I took a chance on their 2x72 and now I have $1000 of machine that does not work and VEVOR refuses to replace or refund!
EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!
I will continue to tell everyone I know to avoid this company at all costs!

Tried 5 times to order this machine, while in stock!, it was beyond logistical capabilities of vevor to actually deliver it, even though vevor have no trouble delivering other large machines to me. I also offered to pay more than the quoted delivery fee, In one of the attempts I was also charged 40 euro for a dollar conversion which was a link sent from customer services, I am soo disappointed with the service I received. Unfortunately I have been forced to shop with Alibaba and ordered the same machine with 50 belts for cheaper than advertised on Vevor. I now just have to wait, which was not a massive concern of mine but I wanted to continue to shop with vevor as I have used them in the past and found them very good. I will rethink my patronage in the future.
