El motor no funciona no da vueltas, quiero ponerme en contacto pero me es imposible los mensajes no de cargan, inténtelo mad tarde y así todo el rato. Het product is stuk aangekomen. De motor werkt niet. Had beter de goedkoopste versie zonder motor gekocht. Wat een teleurstelling.

I purchased the VEVOR 16" a few weeks ago and so far I have not been able for it to get to a adequate temperature to cook.The gas volume knob does not allow for a higher gas level. The flame is so weak and it's taking over an hour to reach a temperature that hardly melts cheese. I've contacted customer service over a week ago and they have yet to respond even after getting an auto reply saying i'll get a reply within 48 hours. VEVOR customer service is as poor as their product. I've paid over €200 for the pizza oven and I can not use it. My only option is to go down the legal route. I have a You- tube channel I will be posting my review shortly if no response from VEVOR customer service. ______ This is my second part of this review 05-08-2026. To this date I still not heard back from VEVOR customer service. It's been three weeks and all i get is an automated reply saying someone will get back to me within 24 hours. Brand new already showing rust marks on black top part . There are 2 iginators in back only right one works and unit takes 20 mins to 600 degrees does not get 700 9r 800 as others have pointed out front is wide open heat escapes right out. Very disappointed.

Prodotto mai arrivato a destinazione per un errore di trascrizione di indirizzo da parte di vevor e una pessima gestione della questione da parte del servizio clienti, facendo scadere la giacenza del pacco senza mai provare in alcun modo a modificare l’indirizzo da loro sbagliato. Quantomeno, dopo aver richiesto più volte il rimborso totale, sono stato accontentato. Pessima esperienza!

I like it, but the rotation broke almost right away. I'm not sure. I just received it and put brand new batteries in it. It worked for a bit the it got stuck

Il forno è di ottima qualità ma sono deluso perché è arrivato danneggiato il piatto non gira. Ho provato a mettere diverse tipologie di batterie ma non funziona lo stesso. Sono molto deluso 😞
