Ad oggi non ho un riscontro positivo per la sostituzione della pietra rotta il forno sembra okay però funziona solo a gas in quanto per farlo funzionare a pellet carbone o legna bisogna smontare il gas ed installare il cassetto per ardere comunque a gas funziona molto bene

the quality isn't really up to snuff, very hard to ignite right out of the box and then quit after 4 uses I guess that's why they give you a match extender with the purchase. I also find it a bit to small which makes it hard to rotate the pizza.

Michael Nice oven for the money
Works well but can sometimes struggle to get up to and maintain temperature especially in colder weather ... very disappointed to learn that the gas burner can't be ordered separately so I would definitely recommend buying it with the gas burner included ..

Le four fonctionne au granulés de bois ,pas facile à l'allumage.
Effectivement monte à 300 ,400 degrés , dès l'ouverture de la porte , la température descend très rapidement 200 degrés maxi.
De plus la plaque carré ne cuit pas uniformément brûlé au coin du feu et pas cuit de l'autre côté , bref on et loin des pizza même cuit dans un four électrique de maison le résultat est bien meilleur
Est ce que je recommande ce produit ?
Absolument pas !!!

Je suis très déçu de ce four a pizza, chaleur pas uniforme et la partie de la pizza au fond brule, il vaut mieux acheter la version avec pizza qui tourne. De plus la plaque de cuisson étant située en bas du four elle ne chauffe pas assez vite a mon avis et la pizza colle dessus, bref une grosse galère. Je ne recommande pas ce produit, j'ai perdu 110€ en l'achetant

Nate S Not hot enough
Does not get hot enough to heat stone outside in the winter. 20°F out today, completely useless at this temp... preheated for an hr.
The whole reason I bought it was to use outside, now it will be unusable for almost half the year. Maybe a door would help?

Perraud Four à pizza
Four facile à utiliser de qualité optimale mais ne monte pas assez en température donc la cuisson au cœur n’est pas complète.
Ceci en utilisant le combustible adéquat ( pellet) avec une pizza classique ( non surchargée) En fait le four est inutilisable !!!!dommage.
