Item arrived not working properly. Contacted customer support. The entire process to get a full refund and return the item was a huge hassle. Took days to receive replys. Vevor wanted to do partial refund. Do NOT accept partial refund. I will never buy vevor product due to difficult and slow customer service during return process.

Impossible to keep temrature. Tryed different pellets and coal. Temprature dropps to under 100 after oppening door and needs ages to come up to 400+ Stone gets cold instantly. Stay away from this product!!

Haven't been able to use, as yet. Very time consuming and complicated assembly. Disappointing it is so much work before it can be used.

Il forno è di ottima qualità ma sono deluso perché è arrivato danneggiato il piatto non gira. Ho provato a mettere diverse tipologie di batterie ma non funziona lo stesso. Sono molto deluso 😞

It’s fine. Not the best propane pizza oven I’ve used, but a good bit cheaper. I make thinner crust pizzas with minimal toppings and the included stone would not get hot enough to evenly bake my pizzas. This unit requires turning the heat all the way up waiting several minutes then turning the heat down to throw the pizza in. It works OK. But when you were making several pieces in a row, the downtime and timing the heat on the stone gets annoying. Other ovens I have used get much hotter to where I can use pizza screens. But for the price, it’s just OK.

Je kan er prima pizza’s uit krijgen maar eigenlijk ben je continu aan het bijscheppen anders gaat die snel uit. Als je te veel bij schept word die ook meteen te heet en kan je even niks meer. Er is ook geen stelschroef om dit te regelen. Hij werkt dus wel maar niet gebruiksvriendelijk.

Le four fonctionne au granulés de bois ,pas facile à l'allumage. Effectivement monte à 300 ,400 degrés , dès l'ouverture de la porte , la température descend très rapidement 200 degrés maxi. De plus la plaque carré ne cuit pas uniformément brûlé au coin du feu et pas cuit de l'autre côté , bref on et loin des pizza même cuit dans un four électrique de maison le résultat est bien meilleur Est ce que je recommande ce produit ? Absolument pas !!!

It may be me, but even with a healthy fire, this oven failed to maintain enough heat to cook anything. We were using the same pellets that we use in the smoker. I don't know if the fuel capacity is insufficient or what, but we have no problems with the pellets in other cooking setups. I believe that it may have been too cold outside for it to overcome, since it wouldn't get above 300 and even hold at that temperature. Not sure what's going on with it. I may have to change fuels, try briquets or something else. Also, it might need some sort of insulating blanket since it's a completely metal construction.

Not able to get a temp higher than 450.. wish I could get it hotter than that .

Great product. Love it so far. Was shipped wrong product originally. When I contacted customer service was assured problem would be taken care of. Took over a month to receive correct item.
