ceramic ingot mold and crucible cracked on day one. Both received gradual heat treatment.

Had issues with it starting up. Customer service was okay but took a while. They offered a partial reimbursement but I’m not really sure it was worth not returning for full reimbursement

I don't know what to think I tried to melt copper set the temp higher then the melting point of copper but it would not melt. I don't know if the temp sensor is wrong, but the copper just got very hot and red but very little melting. I have used one of these before and had no trouble melting anything before. Maybe it was a more expensive model, but why should that matter you heat it up tp past the melting point the metal should melt. Needless to say I am not very happy with my purchase!

Upon first use, when removing the crucible, it was leaking copper out of the bottom of the crucible. It leaked all over the inner chamber, burning a hole. I’ve requested a refund twice and haven’t received a response. Very unhappy!

I used it 2 times and the whole bottom busted out of the crucible and spilled melted copper all in the bottom now it doesn’t work totally a wast of money fish fish, Judah

Sehr geehrtes VEVOR-Kundendienstteam, ich schreibe Ihnen bezüglich des VEVOR Goldschmelzofens 1350 W (1150 °C, 1 kg), den ich kürzlich über Ihre Website vevor.de gekauft habe. Bereits nach der ersten Nutzung ist der Keramiktiegel gebrochen. Nun, bei der zweiten geplanten Nutzung, habe ich festgestellt, dass nicht nur der Tiegel defekt war, sondern dass sich auch das Innere des Ofens beschädigt hat. Dabei ist geschmolzenes Silbermaterial in das Innere des Ofens gelangt und dort festgeworden, was auf einen schweren Material- oder Herstellungsfehler hinweist. Der Ofen wurde ordnungsgemäß und gemäß Anleitung verwendet, dennoch ist das Gerät nach praktisch einmaliger Nutzung unbrauchbar geworden. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein neues Gerät nicht akzeptabel und deutet auf ein defektes Produkt hin. Aus diesem Grund bitte ich Sie um eine der folgenden Lösungen: • Vollständige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises, oder • Ersatz durch ein neues, einwandfreies Gerät Gerne sende ich Ihnen Fotos vom Innenraum des Ofens, damit Sie den Schaden direkt sehen können, sowie weitere Informationen zur Dokumentation des Schadens. Ich bitte um eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung und eine schnelle Lösung des Problems. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Compre por segunda vez este horno, ya que el primero me ha durado 2 años, y compre el mismo, pero no se corresponde con la imagen ni calienta igual que el anterior. Al segundo uso el crisol que trae (de arcilla) se rompió, cayendo la plata dentro del horno, quedando inutilizable. He contactado con el soporte y me enviarán unos cables de recambio (espera de 15 dias), tendré que desmontar el horno, repararlo, y ver si luego funciona.

Après juste une utilisation,le thermostat HS,le four ne chauffe plus ! Après une 1ère coulée et en ayant pris soins de respecter les consignes d'utilisation,le creuset s'est effrité ! Et pour finir,le service commercial qui répond par un robot , injoignable Par téléphone.... bref un SAV pitoyable qui laisse le client désemparé. ...sav Pas réactif, inefficace. Je déconseille très fortement.

Der Schmelzofen ist unbrauchbar. Bei dem ersten Versuch erreichte die Temperatur etwa 400 °C., dann fiel die Heizung aus. Auf meine sofortige Reklamation (in der letzten Maiwoche) hat VEVOR bis heute nicht reagiert.
