The heating elements on 2 of these electric kilns burnt out at 1155 degrees Celsius despite following all instructions and the devicevbeing rated up to 1200 degrees Celsius. I would appreciate repair instructions and/or replacement parts, if not a replacement product. These furnaces should not be rated up to 1200 degreess, more like 1100 degrees

Nice piece of kit ,works well and only issue I have is that the elements are not replacable , even if the kiln box with the elements was a part that could be sourced I would pay a reasonable amount for it rather than having to scrap this piece of equipment after say 80-100 uses. It means that if I get 80 firings and then have to dump the kiln because the elements fail or do not hit high enough temperature then each firing costs over €5 without thinking about the environmental aspects of disposing of the kiln. Vevor please develop an element replacement strategy???

Ran bisque multiple times, then 2 glaze fires and now it will not run at all. The fuse is fine. I am pretty disappointed in this being barely used at all for over $500.

While advertised as being a solution for lost wax casting - this will not function as a burnout oven for a few reasons. First the manual warns against using this device for more than 2 hrs continuously. This alone would render it unusable for most burnout cycles. Second, there are only 9 schedule steps available in the program, and can only be set to 60 minute durations. this again limits the programs to 9 hr totals even if the manual is incorrect. With my burnout cycle totaling 12-13 hrs, the limitations of this device render it unusable for my purposes. I would like to return this device.

Not working. Doesn’t reach temperature or goes way over and gets too hot. It won’t follow program that I give it no one from company is helping although I was promised someone would contact me

I used it twice and It broke,now im sitting here with a kiln that doesn't work,and to top it off I have fix it myself.i guess I wont recieve the replacement for 3 weaks.dont buy this kiln.

The kiln lcd display didn’t work making the kiln useless and with lack of costumer service it seems like vevor is unwilling to solve complaints and not willing to replace my product or return my money. I have bought many things from vevor but no more . I filed a claim with the better business bureau over all terrible company to do business with wouldn’t recommend.

I had confirmation the kiln that I have purchase had 9 programable stages/groups, but once I got the kiln I had the unpleasant surprise to see that what I have ordered is different from what I received.
