I love how affordable and easy to use this mini kiln is. The control on the bottom is a little tricky to use, but for the price you can't beat it.

I’ve been using this to fire precious metal clay (bronze, for jewelry). once I figured out the firing schedule, along with certain tools & techniques specifically for the clay I am using it works BEAUTIFULLY! I would say my only complaint is that once it cycles through the programmed sequences it starts over rather than shutting down, so babysitting is required (I set an alarm so I can do other things while I wait). I’ve probably used it close to a dozen times so far. It does dim the lights when it reaches the higher temperature, but I would assume it pulls a lot of power so, not a big deal. Oh, and it came to my door SUPER FAST, like the next day! So far, I’m very impressed. Highly recommend!

This is my second Vevor Kiln. I bought the 1500W version back about 8 months ago and it has served me well. However, through my own misuse of it, the heating element was damaged (cannot be repaired which is normal for kilns), so I decided to buy this taller 1650W version. Sadly, I didn't realize how much I would miss that extra 1" of width. So I will likely buy another 1500W unit. From a performance perspective the unit works perfectly and it terrific value for the price. I use mine mostly for melting glass and metals and have installed a guard under the door to prevent any accidental leaking molten material from damaging the controller and switch (my only suggestion for improvement). I would also like to praise Vevor's technical support that I received on my first unit for which I had a minor controller issue and that they resolved promptly.

I love this kiln. I’m a beginner potter and it’s perfect for me. I can fit a nice sized mug in it with no problem. I can also fire it twice in one day if I start early enough

Love this kiln! Have fired some pottery in it, which came out great!

Works great. We did 2 fires and 2nd fire was better than the 1st. I would have rated all 5's, but temp is in celcious not degs. Also the temps run higher then what you programmed. I watched a few videos on programming this kiln, because the instructions were not easy to understand. I ran the 1st fire for a cone 5 (my numbers came from a cera m in youtuber) and was way too hot. The cone melted to a blob? My 2nd fire i changed lower and made a perfect cone 5. This uinit will do a cone 6 easily.
