This is a very nice small compact oven that works well, looks beautiful, and was fairly easy to operate. I think in Fahrenheit, so I needed to convert the readings. Not a complaint, but a choice would be a nice addition.

Pottery By Kathy Excellent Buy Especially For Beginners
As someone who is relatively new to pottery and a hobbyist, I really didn’t want to spend thousands on a kiln. Thus, this Vevor electric kiln was just what I needed. It arrived a few days ago and I was able to run some testing with pyrometric cones and programmed it for cone 06 for bisque firing and it was spot on. Same goes with glaze firing at cone 6. Programming is simple when you follow the steps, however, I recommend YouTube videos for programming this little dude which made it much simpler. Overall, the build is high quality and I like the taller thermocoupler compared to the previous kilns by Vevor that I’ve seen. Also, running on regular 110 current is perfect as I have it on an outlet with GFI.
As a hobbyist I will be making small jewelry pieces, small sculpting pieces, mugs, tumblers and vases which this kiln will easily handle.
Do I recommend this kiln? Absolutely…especially for those who are similar to me as this is a perfect first step without breaking the bank.
