The saw starts easily when cold and runs well. However, if I stop it and let it sit for a few minutes while still warm, it will not start again. I have to wait a long time for it to cool down completely before it will start. This is very frustrating in practical use, as it causes unnecessary downtime and makes the saw unreliable for continuous work.

Bought a 52 cc chainsaw,it runs fine but the reciol starter failed on the second time i used it,dont know if there is any type of warrenty yet.If it waSNT FOR THAT I WOULD GIVE IT 5 STARS!

I’ve ordered other products from Vevor without problems but not this time. After using the brand new saw for the very first time the on/off switch pushed through its housing and into the handle. Couldn’t retrieve it. Couldn’t use it. I contacted Vevor via texts and they took three weeks to send me a new plastic handle. It arrived without any instructions.I can fix a lot of things but I spent two hours trying to figure out how to replace it and eventually quit because I was doing more harm than good. The price was great but the quality just wasn’t there. I am now trying to get my money back.

The saw worked once out of the box. Susequent attempts over several days to start were unscessful. Help suggestions from Vevor were followed but did not work. The saw is now on a shelf at the back of my workshop. No offer of return or refund from Vevor. I purchased a different brand corded chain saw to replace it.

Saw is making a bad rattling sound on tick over. Only used half a dozen times, no more than a couple of hours total to trim domestic firewood. Sounds like clicking /rattle noise coming from clutch side. Afraid to use it. Please advise

The handle on this saw gave up on life after about four tanks of gas. I had it wedged in a limb (as one does), and when I tried to pull it free, the handle decided it had seen enough and slid off about four inches — yanking the wires right out of the on/off switch. At that point, the saw was about as useful as a paperweight with confidence issues. Vevor offered to send me a replacement handle, which would’ve been great if the wires hadn’t also gone on strike. Their next solution? Offering me $28 to hunt for parts locally and fix it myself, as if I had a chainsaw repair shop in my back pocket. I even bought the warranty because I suspected this thing might not survive long — and guess what? Not once did they offer to replace the whole saw. That $10 warranty might as well have been a donation. Unless you enjoy wasting money or need a prop for a “How Not to Build a Chainsaw” documentary, avoid this saw. I’ll give credit where it’s due: the chain stayed sharp through four tanks of gas… but the rest of the saw apparently wasn’t up for the same commitment.
