My saw will crank but after a few cuts shuts off and will not restart. It has to sit for a while. Im using specified pre mix fuel and bar oil.

Alain Arnaque ???

I couldn’t put the chain and bar cover on after an hour of trying. I don’t recommend buying this saw.

Chris Do Not Buy From This Company
I bought a top handle chainsaw. The tracking never worked or updated the whole duration of a month. I Never Received my saw either. I did get a full refund. But no explanation from the company of where the saw was or what happened.

Quentin Doesn't work
Won't rev up, won't restart after refilling with fuel. Local small engine shop said that the high adjustment is stripped/ bent so it will not hold position. Customer service is a hassle, they keep requesting pictures and i keep sending them, getting nowhere. I will say that I also purchased the 12" and it works great.
