it works and will do small jobs abou the house, its by no means a pro tool or even semi pro, the trigger gets stuck somtimes and the plastic is lower quality but its value is measured in cutting and it does that for a low price

As yet have been unable to start the machine.
Followed all directions very closely, some images in manual showed a completely different saw, making it even more confusing.
Images in manual were very difficult to decipher.
Reaching out for support today, of I can ever locate the order number, which is not shown in any of my completed orders.
Not pleased thus far.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a product that cannot be assembled as described in the manufacturer's instructions and instructional video.
I have carefully followed the assembly video and instructions exactly as provided. However, it appears that the unit supplied, particularly the components involving the anti-rotation screws, does not match the assembly procedure demonstrated by the manufacturer.
Despite bringing this issue to the attention of both your warranty and technical support departments, neither has been willing to accept responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution

Chris Gas power saw
Great saw. Easiest starting two stroke that I have ever owned. I probably should have gone with the 8 inch as it would have been plenty big enough.
My only concern is the plastic chain guard that holds the chain on the saw and protects the drive mechanism. Even with the chain tightened correctly, the plastic guard will catch on the chain and snap out of alignment. That part is poorly made and should be re-engineered
